The separator comes from a respected customer who left the storage premises where it was in operation.

With the installed screening discs, you achieve a particle size of 0–45/50 mm. Mixing in aggregates is also possible in the same operation.

The separator breaks up clods of earth and separates stones, roots, and branches from reusable soil.

When the separator is used to feed a screening plant, output increases by approximately 30% and waste/oversize is reduced by 60%, as the soil clods are already broken up.

Other shafts can be installed in the separator at any time.
Conversion time: 40–60 min (patented shaft coupling).

A spill-over plate is mounted to prevent soil from spilling onto the wheel loader, reducing content loss by approx. 1/3.
