Automatic positioning system
The machine automatically switches between vertical and horizontal positions through an automatic positioning system and cuts panels according to the optimization plan created by the machine's optimization software.
During the entire cutting process, the operator does not intervene.
With the machine’s automatic panel lifting system, formatting is completed while the panels remain on the machine.

Automatic cutting with integrated optimization
The automatic cutting program included with the DPM AV allows the operator to enter values into the program; the dimensioning process is completed automatically.
The optimization plan is part of the automatic cutting process and is a standard feature.
Users can optimize cuts for single or multiple panels by entering part lists into the program. Workflows are optimized and operated automatically.

Automatic clamping and lifting system
The servo-controlled automatic lifting system of the DPM AV is what sets it apart.
Thanks to this system, a single person can handle and cut even the largest panels according to the optimization, without requiring any force or manual intervention.
Precise cutting is performed without friction or manual force, as the panel lifting system supports the panel weight.
With the servo-controlled precision stop system, dimensional accuracy up to 0.1 mm can be achieved.
The pneumatic clamping system included with the DPM AV is part of the lifting operation.

Panel carriage system
Precision-manufactured, high-quality load-bearing rollers with double bearings support the operator and enable smooth panel movement on the machine.
