The machine was commissioned in October 1990 at Leichtmetallwerk Nachterstedt GmbH and stands out due to its solid industrial construction. Thanks to the integrated profiling line, cutting and embossing tool, as well as the automatic stacking system, an efficient production process from coil to finished profile is ensured.

The system is specifically designed for the production of roofing profiles, tile profiles, and aluminum corrugated profiles, offering a wide range of applications in sheet metal processing and profile manufacturing.

Currently produced profiles:
- Tile profile 33/175; material thickness: 0.6 mm
- Asymmetrical corrugation 33/175; material thicknesses: 0.6 mm and 0.7 mm
- Aluminum corrugated profile 28/125; material thicknesses: 0.7 mm, 0.8 mm, and 1.0 mm

Condition & Inspection:
The system is ready for production, in operational condition, and is currently still in use. Functionality can be verified on-site if interested.
