CNC special-purpose machine model HPC FLEX-V100 from Werkzeugmaschinenfabrik Vogtland. The system is designed as a single-spindle machining module with horizontal/vertical machining and an automatic pallet changing system, developed specifically for machining bearing cages.

The machining unit is based on a combination of two NC rotary tables (A and B axis), allowing various machining positions and indexing angles. Using the 2-axis combination, a pallet with a clamping fixture is swiveled from the loading position into the machining position.

Loading is handled by an automatic pallet changer with a separate pallet entry station. Direct loading within the workspace is not provided by design.

The system comes with comprehensive peripherals, including a coolant system with high pressure unit, chip conveyor, hydraulic power unit, recooling unit, centralized lubrication system as well as oil and emulsion mist extraction.
