Fully automatic, sliding/two-stage or modulating operation on both oil and gas side, depending on the type of capacity control.
Gas-side modulation range up to 1:8 possible.
Oil-side modulation range up to 1:5 possible.
Suitable for combustion of heating oil EL according to DIN 51603 and natural gas according to DIN DVGW worksheet, with the following components:
Burner housing
Blower with three-phase motor
Integrated speed module for controlling frequency converter (included)
Combustion air regulation with actuator
Fuel system consisting of high-pressure gear pump with pressure regulating valve, solenoid valves as safety quick-shutoff device, nozzle holder and nozzle
Magnetic clutch for deactivating the oil pump during gas operation
Mixing device consisting of burner head and diffuser plate, continuously adjustable for optimal combustion results
Ignition unit consisting of: high-voltage ignition transformer, ignition cable with plug connection, and ignition electrodes
Burner management system for control of all burner functions and capacity regulation via electronic compound control
Suitable for continuous operation according to TRD 411 and 412

Digital burner management:
With the help of the W-FM 100 and W-FM 200* burner management systems, the operation of a combustion plant becomes more convenient and safer. All essential functions, such as fuel and air supply or flame monitoring, are precisely recorded and regulated digitally. The goal is to optimize operation, maximize efficiency, and minimize emissions. Thanks to digital burner management, such optimization can now be achieved with limited effort. Installation and maintenance requirements are significantly lower than with conventional technology. For example, a separate control panel for burner control is no longer necessary. In addition, remote control, remote diagnostics, and third-party monitoring of the system are possible, further increasing operating safety and convenience for the user.
