The line is designed for industrial production of lengthwise-glued (laminated) elements. Line Composition and Equipment

• WEINIG GRECON HS 120 finger jointing machine – year of manufacture: 2018
• Complete work line including a brush feeder for wooden elements, two throughfeed milling machines, automatic glue applicator, pre-pressing station for finger-jointed elements, and a pressing unit with a press length of 6.5 meters.

• Automatic finger jointer loading – ABB robotic station
ABB IRB 6640 four-axis robot for automatic loading of wooden pieces up to 600 mm in length. The system is equipped with dual pallet cells for continuous, alternating operation of the entire line without downtime. Year of robot cell construction: 2021.

• Automatic glue supply system
Automatic glue feed for the finger jointer from a 1000-liter IBC container (mauser). Integrated automatic agitator ensures consistent glue quality and continuous production process.

• Outfeed handling after pressing – FAMAD scissor lift
FAMAD DBNA-40T DUO scissor lift installed at the press, designed for outfeed of laths after the jointing process. Automatic height adjustment. Working table dimensions: 6.0 m x 1.3 m.

• Material handling system
Roller conveyor system with turntables, providing transport from lath cutting to the robot cell and the finger jointer. The solution ensures smooth material flow and uninterrupted line operation.

• Post-joint roller buffer storage
Roller storage system for buffering and storing finger-jointed laths. Total buffer area: 82 meters.
