Note:
The original Siemens S7-200 PLC CPU 224 is missing (see photo control cabinet without PLC),
therefore, in this condition, no automatic sequence is possible.
The controller also managed the sequence for screw separation and the screwdriver itself.
The vibrating bowl is fully functional without the PLC, the integrated bowl controller does not require PLC control.

Operation Principle:

Fasteners are filled in bulk into the bowl and are conveyed upwards via mechanical vibration (micro-throw principle).
The vibrating bowl is switched on or off automatically depending on the fill level of the screw magazine.
The screw is then fed with compressed air through a plastic tube to the downstream device.
The feed pulse for each screw comes externally from the downstream device.
