XTON Smart Cleaner SC 1000

The Automatic Basket Cleaning System XTON Smart Cleaner SC1000™ is constructed from stainless steel AISI 304 and acid-resistant stainless steel AISI 316. It is designed for use in various industrial sectors and the automotive industry. The cleaning system is intended for degreasing and cleaning parts contaminated with oil or grease, without damaging the surface of the cleaned components. Cleaning efficiency is enhanced by our proprietary XPOWER Active Cleaner BA fluid, which, in combination with optimal temperature and pressure, effortlessly removes all types of contamination. The system operates in a closed loop at temperatures of up to 80°C. Standard equipment includes a rotating basket with a diameter of 100 cm and a 300-liter tank, which can be optionally thermally insulated to prevent rapid cooling of the cleaning fluid. The Smart Cleaner SC1000™ delivers high cleaning quality, time and energy savings, and safe, user-friendly operation. The cleaning system is designed for the automatic removal of contaminants from surfaces made of cast iron, aluminum, and steel. The design and construction of the Smart Cleaner SC1000™ meet the highest quality standards ISO 9001 and environmental standards ISO 14001.
