At Wöhler, we have developed a range of wire processing machines primarily used in the brush manufacturing industry. Our machines can roll round wire into flat wire, count and bundle individual wires, as well as crimp or cut both individual wires and wire strands to specific lengths. We also offer solutions for rewinding, as well as twisting and bundling individual wires into strands.

Cut wire strands to adjustable lengths and knot the sections into bundles with the Wöhler WCB 200.

Produce brush tufts with the FWB 700.

Roll round wire into flat wire with the FWR 250, which features automatic wire thickness regulation. Use the DC 510 to spool this flat wire, cut it to length, and bundle the pre-counted sections.

Crimp, cut, and bundle wire strands with the DA 400 or DA 700. Crimp and spool wire strands with the STW 87, STW 96, or USTW 6000.

Spool up to 44 individual wires into a single strand—with optional twisting.
