This automatic stretch wrapper, KVK 3 Automatic with turntable, independently attaches the film to the pallet compared to the KVK 3, and also cuts it after the wrapping cycle. The wrapping process can conveniently be started via remote control. No more getting off the forklift, no need to bend down to attach the film to the pallet.

It is also equipped with a pre-stretch system for 250% stretch. Thanks to the pre-stretch system, you can turn 1 meter of film on the roll into up to 3.5 meters of film on the pallet, significantly reducing your material consumption. Additionally, this system only creates minimal application tension, so even lightweight goods are not pulled off the turntable.

With a weight of 700 kg, this model is very stable and designed for loads up to 2000 kg. The KVK 3 Automatic features a 1650 mm turntable and can wrap pallets up to 2400 mm high as standard.

With adjustable speeds for the turntable and film carriage, as well as a power-stretch unit controllable via potentiometer, you can perfectly tailor the automated wrapping to your product. Automatic pallet detection (via photocell) is as standard as adjustable top and bottom wraps. You can select programs for "up only" wrapping, "up & down" (cross wrapping), as well as "rainproof" wrapping. If necessary, the wrapper can also be operated manually.

If the wrapper needs to be used at another location from time to time, it can easily be lifted and relocated with a forklift using integrated cut-outs.

Options: In addition to a suitable access ramp and a photocell for detecting dark goods or black film, the KVK 3 Automatic's wrapping height can optionally be varied (up to 3200 mm).

This model is our clear recommendation if you need to wrap very lightweight goods or stretch-wrap more than about 30 pallets per day and require the film to be automatically attached and cut each time.
