Our Vogel Starter is likely the most cost-effective pallet wrapper produced in Europe—without compromising on quality. Unlike our other pallet wrappers, this model comes with a limited set of options as we aimed for maximum standardization to ensure cost-effective production while still covering most applications. With the three programs, you can set the speed of the film carriage and turntable, as well as choose between "cross wrapping" or "upward-only wrapping." Head and foot wrapping parameters can also be stored for each program. Film brake tension is easily adjusted using the mechanical film brake. The programs can be password-protected, allowing the operator to select only from the preset configurations. Weighing 280 kg, this model is rated for loads up to 1200 kg. Our Starter pallet wrappers feature a 1500 mm turntable and can wrap pallets up to 2100 mm high as standard. Automatic pallet detection via photocell is standard, as are adjustable head and foot wrapping settings. Should the wrapper need to be relocated, it can easily be lifted and moved with a forklift using integrated fork slots.
