About this model: Our ProfilineLP is a semi-automatic stretch wrapper capable of storing up to 32 programs, ensuring absolutely consistent results and eliminating the "human factor". It is as space-saving as a pallet wrapper with an open U-shaped turntable, yet as robust as a closed system—summarising the key advantages of this machine! The electromagnetic brake allows you to precisely control the film tension at each cycle step (bottom wraps, upward wraps, top wraps, downward wraps), with each parameter individually programmable. Within each program, you can also set the speed of the film carriage and turntable. Top wraps, bottom wraps, and film overlap at the end of the pallet can be stored for every program, enabling you to create tailored setups for all your packing requirements and to achieve perfect wrapping results every time. The programs can be password-protected, so operators can only select from preset modes. Weighing 500 kg, this model is engineered for loads up to 1,200 kg. Our Profiline LP features a 1,650 mm turntable and can wrap pallets up to 2,500 mm tall as standard. Automatic pallet detection (via photocell) as well as configurable top and bottom wraps are included as standard features.
