With the systems of the ViscoTreat series, such as the ViscoTreat-Inline, ViscoTec offers the optimal solution for both batch and continuous material preparation. These systems are installed as a preliminary step before dosing applications, suitable for low- to high-viscosity adhesives, thermal pastes, and solder pastes.

To ensure precise dosing results for highly filled materials, it is essential to prepare them before application. Fillers often tend to settle or agglomerate during extended storage or downtime of the dispensing system. As a result, precise application of the medium is no longer possible. Dosing systems may clog, and wear on system components increases due to separation of fillers from the binding agent. Furthermore, significant variations in the mechanical properties of the dispensed medium may occur.
