The Ventis Nexus 350 is a large-format spray-paint booth, specifically designed for vans, panel vans, and buses. The spacious working volume, increased airflow capacity, and robust construction make it the ideal solution for body and refinishing shops in the commercial vehicle sector.
The booth is designed for intensive, continuous professional operation and complies with current EU directives and German approval requirements.

🌬️ Airflow – From Ceiling Downwards
The Ventis Nexus 350 operates with complete downdraft airflow, optimized for tall vehicles and long bodies. Supply air is evenly distributed across a full-area ceiling plenum and directed vertically downward. This design complies with DIN EN 16985 (formerly DIN EN 12215), ensuring even airflow over roof, side, and rear surfaces.

The filtration system is designed for approval-compliant operation in accordance with BImSchG, 31st BImSchV, and TA Luft.

Multi-stage ceiling filters with diffusion media reduce dust and particle ingress, ensuring reproducible surface quality.
🔹 Exhaust Air Filtration:
High-performance filter stages reliably separate paint overspray and particulate emissions. The design supports compliance with emission limits for dust and, depending on application, with TA Luft thresholds for organic compounds in collected exhaust air (e.g., ≤ 50 mg total carbon per m³).
