The dryer requires a control unit. This can be provided by us or ordered directly from Ventech.

Fans: Axial reversible fans with aluminium impellers (diameter: 800 mm) featuring specially profiled blades. Aluminium housings/directing nozzles are optimally shaped for efficiency.

Motors: Siemens make, 3 kW power, special dryer version, insulation class H, approx. 1400 rpm. Resistant to the humid environment of drying chambers. Quantity: 8 units.

Heating medium: Hot water at 90–95°C boiler temperature, operating pressure 1.5–3 bar.
Heating valve: Motorised three-way valve DN65, 1 unit per chamber.

Spraying medium: Warm water (cold permitted) at 1.5–3 bar pressure. Electromagnetic spraying valve DN15, 1 unit per chamber.

Gate type: Lift-and-slide gates with a shared crank-lift mechanism for both gates.
