1 – Feed table with cleaning unit (air blower); a brush spans the table width to remove remaining dust from components.
2 – Roller lacquer applicator no. 1
3 – Roller lacquer applicator no. 2
4,5 – UV lamp with conveyor – 1 lamp from above illuminates the surface
6 – Quick Wood System RO1400 brushing machine
7 – Venjakob spray booth – 8 spray guns
8,9,10,11,12 – Drying tunnel with mechanical top air supply via nozzles; temperature and airflow can be controlled in 3 zones
13,14 – UV lamp with conveyor – 2 lamps set at an angle to the product, also curing the edges
15 – Four-roller brushing machine, with individual height and speed adjustment for each roller
16 – Intermediate sanding take-off table
17 – Dust remover (air blower) for surface light dust

18 – Venjakob spray booth – single-circuit, but can be switched to a second by exchanging the entire gun rack (spare rack included) and switching the pump (two pumps provided in the set)
19 – Roller conveyor, batch preparation for dryer by photocells

22 – Take-off table with two speed settings, depending on the unloading speed of the paint line.
