The separator divides light and heavy fractions using a pneumatic method. It is suitable for a wide range of waste materials with particle sizes from 0 to 150 mm. This type of air separator is used for pre-shredded, torn, or very fine materials. Thanks to our unique design, the separator features multi-point adjustment options that are crucial for the purity of the obtained fractions. In the first section, the ZIGZAG module is installed. The module features an inspection opening and an adjustable material stream gap. In the second section, there is a cyclone for extracting light fractions. Below the cyclone is a rotary valve with variable speed for the discharge of separated materials. At the top of the assembly is a fan with electronic speed control. The design is partially prepared for loading and unloading via belt conveyors. The separator comes with a control cabinet equipped with a safety system.
