The machine is approximately from year of manufacture 1980 and was completely overhauled by us in 2009/2010. Since then, it has been under our maintenance.
Scope of the overhaul included, among other things:
- Electrical system almost entirely renewed
- New control cabinet with Siemens S7-200 PLC control
- New drive technology: Siemens Simodrive 611, feed motors Siemens 1FK7
- Heidenhain TNC 124 path control + electronic handwheel
- Heidenhain linear measurement systems on X, Y and Z axes
- Heidenhain angle encoder on the B-axis (rotary table)
- Spindle drive: three-phase asynchronous motor with DC brake electronics
- Renewal / overhaul of all hydraulic components
- New ball screws on X and Y axes
- Overhaul of the drive systems of all feed axes
- All axes have been newly hand-scraped
- Refurbishment of lubrication systems for the axes and spindle head
- Replacement of bearings and overhaul of gearbox components in the spindle head
