This used wood brushing machine RUSTIK MASTER 400 is designed for final surface finishing—fine sanding, structuring, smoothing, and other finishing operations. The specific surface treatment depends on the type of tool (brush) used. The machine is suitable for small and medium-sized wood workpieces, as well as composite materials based on wood or certain plastics.

Surface finishing, structuring, and graining: These processes are primarily intended for finishing workpieces made from solid wood. The goal is to create or highlight the natural wood grain. Brushes of different hardnesses are available for this purpose. The choice of tool depends on the required processing step and the desired final structure. The working parts of the tools are made from synthetic or metallic fibers with varying properties.

By installing alternative (non-OEM) brushes, the machine can also be used for other tasks such as surface cleaning, polishing, fine finishing sanding, and more.
