This used RUSTIK MASTER 400 wood brushing machine is designed for final surface finishing – fine sanding, structuring, smoothing, and other finishing operations. The specific surface finish depends on the type of tool used – the brush. The machine is suitable for small and medium-sized workpieces made of wood, or composite materials based on wood and certain plastics.

The feed belt is significantly worn. It is possible to order and replace it with a new feed belt.

Surface finishing, structuring, and graining. These processes are used primarily for processing the surfaces of workpieces made from solid wood. The aim is to create or highlight the natural wood grain. Brushes of various hardness are supplied for this purpose. Selection of the appropriate tool depends on the work process requirements and the desired final surface. The working parts of the tools in this case are made of synthetic or metal fibres with different properties.

If fitted with non-original brushes, the machine can also be used for other operations such as surface cleaning, polishing, fine finishing sanding, and more.
