Construction
The standard frame of the container washing system is made of stainless steel – AISI 304 (it is possible to manufacture the frame from other grades, such as AISI 316 steel – optional).

Equipment
The IBC washer is equipped with a double workstation. It is possible to semi-automatically wash the inside of the IBC container (using a retractable spray head) and, optionally, manually wash the exterior of the container (using a wash gun).

The machine features a dosing system for two types of chemicals for the process and a tank equipped with a heating and temperature maintenance system.
The workstation has a rotating platform for thorough exterior cleaning and an automatic scale to facilitate rinsing.

Installation
The washing vessel is equipped with adjustable feet to set the machine’s height. The customer must provide a site with accessibility for utility connections, including cold/hot water, compressed air, and wastewater drainage.

Base with rotating and tilting function
The washing station features a movable floor that allows exterior cleaning of the container from all sides. During exterior rinsing, the floor rotates under the force of the water jet directed at the container. The rotation can be locked using a dedicated brake.
