General Description

The offered vacuum evaporator (57,000 L/day) originates from a project aimed at the treatment of process water and fermentation residues within a biogas producer consortium in southern France. The system was installed completely but never taken into operation. It remains in an as-new, factory-preserved condition and is immediately available.

The evaporator is designed as a thermally efficient vacuum system, serving for volume reduction, concentration, and recovery of water-containing liquid waste. In combination with downstream reverse osmosis, it is ideally suited for applications requiring both clean distillate and highly concentrated nutrient or salt solutions.
