Opis

Construction
The standard frame of the container washing system is made of stainless steel – AISI 304 (optionally, the frame can also be made from AISI 316 steel).

Equipment
The IBC washer is equipped with a single workstation. It is semi-automatic, allowing for internal washing of the IBC container (using a retractable washing head) and manual external washing of the container (using a washing lance).

The machine features a single chemical dosing system for the process and includes a tank with a system for heating and maintaining the water temperature.

Installation
The washing unit is equipped with adjustable feet to allow precise machine leveling. The customer should provide a site with connections for the necessary media, such as cold/hot water, compressed air, and drainage.

A protective fence is installed around the container washer to prevent foot injuries. The fence panels are filled with AISI 304 wire mesh.
