The EG300 unit combines the functions of an edger and a multirip saw, allowing you to maximize profit from every sawn board while also increasing the overall sawmill efficiency by an average of 20-30%.

The standard EG300 model is equipped with two circular saw blades, fulfilling the function of an edger. One blade is fixed, while the other is adjustable from the control panel using an electronic width positioning device.

Optional laser cutting guides can be installed to assist the operator in determining the optimal cutting line.

The EG300 edger consists of three main components: the saw blade assembly, the infeed table, and the outfeed table. The machine’s modular design ensures easy transport, handling, and installation.

Two top return rollers facilitate feeding the board forward for the next cut.

An adjustable guide enables the operator to quickly position boards with a trimmed edge.

It is possible to install up to 5 circular saw blades, allowing the device to be used as a multirip saw.

In this configuration, four blades are fixed for standard width cuts, while the fifth blade is adjustable. Switching between edger and multirip saw operation is straightforward, and the machine’s design enables the operator to respond quickly to changing requirements. The feed speed is adjustable within the range of 0-25 m/min.
