Double chamber: Chamber no. 1 for washing, no. 2 for cooling, each equipped with 3 pneumatic doors.

Through-feed type: baskets are loaded from one side and unloaded from the opposite side, completing the full process cycle.

Parts are loaded using a mobile trolley on the wash chamber side, pass through the cooling chamber, and are then unloaded from the cooling chamber side.

• Automatic transfer between chambers via shuttle system.
• Basket rotation with safety clutch.
• Capability to load a basket with ø1060 mm, usable internal diameter 980 mm.
• Usable internal height: 1000 mm / Max load: 500 kg.
• Washing tank: 280 L, with automatic level restoration and axial stainless steel washing pump.
• Dosatron detergent dosing system on wash tank, adjustable 3–10%.
• Rinse tank: 250 L, with automatic level restoration and axial stainless steel washing pump.
• System constructed in AISI 304 (except floor safety tray, external frames, and external panels, which are painted steel).
• Safety tray at base of unit.
• Complete thermal insulation.
• 2 external trolleys with drip trays + 2 baskets ø1060 mm, usable internal diameter 980 mm.
• Automatic doors with safety barriers.
