Compared to the AeroCut model, the processing speed of the AeroCut Quatro is 2.5 times faster (depending on the specific application). This unit rapidly and precisely cuts up to 350 business cards per minute from SRA3 sheets (25 business cards per sheet) when equipped with the optional cutting module. Convenient selection from 263 stored program templates using a 5-inch color touchscreen with German interface. Additionally, there are 90 memory slots for custom programs (60 in standard mode and 30 in flex mode). The Flex-Mode enables easy customization of cutting processes. A perforation unit for cross-perforations (tear-off coupons) can optionally be installed instead of the creasing unit. Quick changeover between the creasing and perforation units is possible without tools. Double-sheet detection and automatic ejection allow uninterrupted operation. Features a digital counter (incremental/decremental), suction air paper feed with variable speed, cutting mark recognition with self-correction, and ±0.1 mm cutting accuracy. The machine automatically detects formats of 350 x 500 mm, A3 Plus, A3, and A4. The feed table holds up to 100 mm of paper. The cross-cut is performed by a transversal blade, and six self-sharpening rotary blades provide longitudinal cuts, including two double blades with a fixed spacing of 7 mm. The integrated perforation module offers two manually adjustable tools, plus a creasing module with upper and lower tools (depth adjustable in five steps). Easy-to-use magnetic guides facilitate adjustments for various output formats. Robust all-metal construction. Lockable castors ensure mobility.
