CONTINUOUS SPRING SHOT BLASTING SYSTEM (SPRING HARDENING)

Application:
For the blasting treatment/hardening of springs in a continuous process. The springs are conveyed through the blasting system by means of a drag chain which is exposed to the blasting stream. The conveying speed of the drag chain is adjustable.

Very little used, approx. 200 operating hours

The system consists of:
- Machine housing, internal (high-alloy tool steel – hardened) with replaceable blasting plates
- Conveyor system
- 2 shot chamber maintenance doors
- Bucket elevator

- Shot chamber length/depth: approx. 2000mm / approx. 670mm
- Blast media: steel shot Ø 0.3 – 0.8mm
- Material to be processed: springs Ø 20 – 30mm x L:70mm
- Drive power of drag chain 1.1 kW
- Conveyor speed max. 15 rpm
- Initial shot media load approx. 500 kg (per system)
- Connected load approx. 40 kW
Condition:
