Opis

Condition of the machine:

The machine is currently in used, non-refurbished condition. All wear parts of the machine will be replaced, including the X-axis feed spindle, and all assemblies will be brought to a like-new condition. After refurbishment, the machine is easily comparable to a new machine.

Geometry:

The machine will be completely disassembled except for the guideways. Before restoring the geometry of the individual tables and assemblies, the guideways of both the Z and X axes will be hand-scraped and restored to like-new condition. Upon completion of these works, the machine will receive a measurement report according to the original manufacturer's specifications.

Electronics:

The electronics and the control cabinet enclosure will be completely replaced. All electrical components will be renewed, including the motors.

Hydraulics:

The entire lubrication system, including the lubrication unit, will be replaced. The hydraulic unit will be overhauled, and the hydraulic lines will be replaced with new ones.

Painting:

Once the geometry of the machine has been restored, it will be prepared for repainting. All covers, tables, and the machine bed will be stripped of old paint, cleaned, and newly coated.
