Machine
Rigid Machine Frame: Welded construction, heat-treated to relieve stress for both standing and seated operation, comprises two side columns, table, and connecting bar.
Press Beam: Stress-relieved by heat treatment, optimized for deformation.
Drive: Highly dynamic, electromechanical direct drive (Torque motor), max. working speed of 25 mm/s (depending on selected die width and operating cycle).

Backgauge System
3-Axis Backgauge (single backgauge finger): Highly dynamic and safe 3-axis rear gauge system. Rack-and-pinion drive, CNC-controlled and freely programmable X, R, and Z axes, provide adjustable gauging depth and height for high precision. Backgauge finger made of fiberglass with hardened metal stop.

Tool Clamping
Upper Tool Clamping: Enables quick and precise tool changes both vertically and horizontally; fixed and self-centering.
Lower Tool Clamping: Individual V-dies mount on a special plate; clamping: manual, with hardened clamping and securing rails.

Safety
Safety Equipment: Emergency stop button, 2-button foot pedal for both standing and seated operation, side-sliding safety doors, rear and side safety covers. Side covers made from transparent, impact-resistant plastic.
