TREVISAN DS200

Trevisan DS200 is a Machining Center with an integrated turning device (U-axis/facing head), enabling turning operations with the workpiece held stationary and the tool rotating (cylindrical, conical, spherical turning, threading, facing). In the same clamping, it is also possible to mill, drill, and bore using the main spindle. The machine is equipped with two independent spindles (milling head + U-axis contouring head) and an automatic tool changer, functioning as a combined "lathe + machining center" in a single unit. This setup reduces cycle times and eliminates errors from repeated clamping.

Typical architecture of the DS200 range:
• Structure: bed and columns made of high-rigidity cast iron.
• Contouring head (U-axis): various diameters, 70 mm radial stroke, multi-tool holders, and constant surface speed for high-quality turning with the workpiece stationary.
