Accessories / Special features:

• Designed for the production of round or profiled carbide rods via extrusion pressing of heated, vacuum-processed carbide powder.
• The complete extrusion unit with the working cylinder is swiveling, allowing the extruded workpieces (carbide profile rods) to be placed easily onto storage trays situated on a transport device, which can be adjusted longitudinally and transversely by stepper motor and is also partially height-adjustable.
• The entire operation can be pre-set and monitored using a conventional MITSUBISHI controller Type A 1SJHCPU. Mobile switch cabinet with indicator devices for heating temperature, angle setting, vacuum, pressure stages.
• Four heating circuits: 1x for nozzle, 3x for material cylinder
• Material cutting device
• Vacuum pump for creating a vacuum in the material area to avoid cracks and air bubbles. Additional various accessories included.
