Used, fully functional platen die cutter, in condition appropriate to its age. Features a centered clamping frame for tools, hardened platen, and single-sided punching pressure adjustment (unlike most machines, you do not need to set the left and right arms separately). Note the restriction: the punching pressure adjustment is somewhat stiff – according to the manufacturer, the central bushing that synchronizes the parallel movement of the left and right arms is likely worn. Estimate for repair is €10,000–15,000 including overhaul and transportation. According to the Spanish manufacturer, repairs can only be carried out at the factory. The machine operates but requires increased force.

Furthermore, the machine's safety features are not up to current standards. All safety devices are functional: the table safety bar operates correctly as does the rear tool guard; a side safety cage is installed and included in the purchase price. The machine can be operated manually or in automatic mode, with cycle times adjustable.

We are selling this platen die cutter due to a new equipment purchase. The machine is still in operation and will be available for sale at the end of October 2025, until which time it will remain in use.

A suitable forklift is available on-site for loading. Machine weight is 5–6 tons – please note that you will need heavy equipment to transport it.
