7-color printing machine, floor-standing model, electro-pneumatically controlled, closed ink system, equipped with corona pre-treatment station, fitted with additional cylinders for each pad (for multicolor printing on larger or longer parts), ink cup diameter 140 mm, cliché size WxD: 7 x 150 x 320 mm, height-adjustable, servo-controlled sliding table via spindle, touchscreen display with various special functions (e.g. multi-printing function, individually controllable printing pads, adjustable positioning for insertion), cleaning tape positioned between clichés and servo shuttle, pad movement: forward/backward via servomotor, upward/downward via pneumatic cylinder, pad contact pressure: 168 kg at 6 bar. Connection: 230V, 50Hz, compressed air connection 6 bar required!

Sturdy aluminium die-cast housing, electro-pneumatically controlled, including touchscreen display with modern microprocessor control, signal outputs for connecting peripheral devices. Floor-standing models feature a stable, torsion-resistant steel sheet base frame with extended downward adjustment range for the laying table (allows for higher objects to be loaded). European/Japanese pneumatic components, quiet operation through air silencers, pad printing pressure infinitely adjustable via display. All machines are equipped with side safety guards as well as emergency stop button and foot switch. Includes height-adjustable cross-positioning table.
