The Stratasys Objet500 Connex 3 is a state-of-the-art 3D printing solution that brings your creative ideas to life. The Stratasys Objet500 Connex 3 utilizes PolyJet technology, which delivers highly accurate results with exceptional surface quality. Models can be printed with a layer thickness of either 30 µm or 16 µm, giving you the choice between maximum resolution or maximum speed. In both modes, PolyJet technology lets you print intricate models with fine detail.

The enlarged build volume of 490 x 390 x 200 mm allows the Objet500 Connex 3 to produce a higher number of complex and detailed models in a single print session, saving both time and effort.

Operation of the Stratasys Objet500 Connex 3 is straightforward and user-friendly. Using the free GrabCAD software, you can easily prepare your models and monitor the printing process.

Available modeling materials include solid photopolymers in white, black, gray, blue, and transparent, supplied in 3.6 kg cartridges. The machine can also print with flexible and dental model materials. It is equipped with six material bays, allowing the device to automatically switch from an empty to a full cartridge, making even longer unattended printing possible.

With the digital printing mode of the Connex series, you can produce complex multi-component and multi-material models. You have the freedom to combine different materials, colors, and Shore hardnesses within a single model. The Objet500 Connex 3 can mix up to three different model materials simultaneously.

The printer uses the gel-like support material SUP705. For optimal removal of this material, a WaterJet cleaning station is recommended, which we can offer together with the printer.

This printer is part of the Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) program.
