The operation of the Stratasys Objet260 Connex 3 is straightforward and user-friendly. Using the free GrabCAD software, you can conveniently prepare your models and monitor the printing process. As model materials, rigid photopolymers in white, black, gray, blue, and transparent are available in 3.6kg cartridges. The machine can also print flexible and dental model materials. Six material bays are installed, with the device automatically switching from an empty to a full cartridge, making extended unattended printing possible. With the digital printing mode of the Connex series, you can also produce complex multi-component and multi-material models. You have the flexibility to combine different materials, colors, and Shore hardnesses in a single model. On the Objet260 Connex 3, it is possible to blend up to three different modeling materials. The printer uses the gel-like support material SUP705. To optimally remove this, we recommend using a WaterJet cleaning station, which we are happy to offer together with the printer.
