Description:
• Semi-automatic gantry nailing machine with rotary turntable (R) and pallet stacker robot for the production and stacking of various types of pallets and crate components.
• The machine is equipped with a rotary turntable featuring two working areas for manual loading of blocks and boards. In combination with the pallet stacking robot, this ensures an optimal material flow.
• The nailing bridge can be outfitted with up to 6 individually controlled nailing heads using jumbo-coil nails (approx. 6,000 nails), offering maximum flexibility for the nailing of your products.
• Machine operation and programming of new pallet types are performed via a touch display. Existing programs can be retrieved from memory at any time. Entered parameters are visualized on the touch display—no manual system teaching required for nail point setup!
• NEW – Robotic pallet stacker
