The Stierli Rotator was developed to enable fast and safe turning of heavy and large loads such as beams and welded constructions without the use of a crane. This saves you considerable working time and increases productivity. This welding positioner or welding manipulator acts as a lifting and turning device operated with reliable chains. The turning device is not only suitable for welding beams; other cross-sections—such as pipes—can also be rotated, functioning, for instance, as a pipe turning device. Loading is impressively easy using an overhead crane or by forklift. The rotator can be conveniently positioned with a pallet truck, while the distance between the supports of this welding fixture is freely adjustable.
