Steiner DHP 800

The STEINER hydraulic press has been manufactured and developed from a practical perspective. The hydraulic unit is located on the hydraulic tank behind the press. Control blocks and valves are easily accessible from the outside and can be replaced quickly if necessary. The hydraulic radial piston pump is mounted on the drive console and is connected to the motor and pump mounting via a coupling. The press frame features an indestructible, torsion-resistant steel welded construction. The bolster table is bolted to the frame. The hydraulic cylinders are bolted from above to the press frame and guided in the appropriate direction through the mounting holes. The piston is connected to the piston rods via a split ring. Four-sided, diagonal, flat grooves on the frame enable highly precise movement.

The hydraulic cylinders are manufactured from high-quality materials and designed for high pressure. The piston rods are ground and hard chrome-plated. The cylinder tubes are honed internally. The long-lasting seals are noted for their high quality and tightness. The piston rods are guided by guide bands that ensure minimal wear and long service life. The control unit includes the control, regulation, and monitoring devices for all control elements. Interlocks ensure that not more than one program process can run simultaneously. The electrical control is housed in a closed control cabinet.
