Chassis light version
In aluminium (15-6-12)
Two fully automatically welded I-beam longitudinal members with welded cross members. Chassis width approx. 1,600 mm

Axles and Suspension, Disc brakes 430 mm “off-road version”
SAF-Intradisc axle units 3 x 9 t with SAF air suspension, airbags centrally positioned to chassis longitudinal beam, 1st axle liftable with start-up aid and manual forced lowering, Smart Board Infocenter, raise/lower valve, 3rd axle with trailing steering, electrically lockable.

Tyres and Wheels
6 wheels with tyres size 385/65 R 22.5, approx. 40-50% tread, with Alcoa "satin" aluminium rims 11.75 x 22.5 ET 120, UNI wheel bolts for aluminium rims.

Landing Legs
Mechanical version, single-side operation with two speeds, swing foot for air suspension, 2x20t support load.

Braking System
According to EU standard, two-line Wabco system, spring-loaded parking brake acting on two axles and Wabco EBS-E incl. RSS (Roll-Stability-System), Wabco Smartboard Infocenter, aluminium air reservoir system.

Electrical System
According to German Road Traffic Licensing Regulations (StVZO), with two five-chamber lamps type Aspöck Ecopoint 2, 24V system with 2x7 and 1x15-pin socket, with side marker lights, 2 separate LED reversing lights at the rear. All air and electrical lines are neatly routed in plastic conduit.

Tipping Body / Tipper Body, Inside Fully Welded
Aluminium tipper body, sidewalls 30 mm thick plank profiles (2-3 mm), 600 mm wide, fully welded. Floor 8 mm wear-resistant alloy (5383H34/HB 110), front wall 4 mm reinforced, straight; rear wall double-leaf door, straight, with two doors in 1/2-1/2 design, each with a grain chute. Air vibrators under the floor with pneumatic operation, rear spreader made from aluminium, pivoting, two hold-down devices with rubber buffers on the tipper body fixed to the front wall frame.

Hydraulic System, Tipping Cylinder with “Cardan” Suspension, 7,630 mm lift
Hydraulic cylinder mounted on front wall, working pressure 220 bar, brand Hyva, 220 bar, approx. 2.5 m hydraulic hose and loose 1" half coupling, tipping angle approx. 48 degrees.

Accessories
6 Parlok mudguards, full-width spray flaps on underrun bar, ALU spare wheel holder, foldable right side underrun protection, large tool box type 860, approx. 3 m aluminium ladder, 3 aluminium swinging bows, raised approx. 150 mm in centre, tarpaulin with central light strip and separate reinforcement in wear areas, approx. 660 g/m2 quality, with rolling tarpaulin system, circumferential rubber cord at rear closure with two tension hooks to be fixed to rear swing bow, walkway at tipper body with access on left, side tarpaulin closure with tension straps, rear tarpaulin closure with welded-in rubber cord for water protection, robust foldable aluminium underrun protection with two towing eyes left & right incl. locking pins, 2 “Clear-Pass” mud flaps on wheel arch to EU standard, etc.
