Chassis
ALU chassis, aluminum alloy 5383H34
Two fully automatically welded T profiles (width 200 mm)
Corrosion protection between steel and aluminum parts, continuous rubber bonded under pressure to the longitudinal beams, maximum stability with integrated tipping bearing shaft fitted with wear-resistant special bushings, chassis width approx. 1,600 mm, air and electrical lines integrated inside a plastic tube.

Axles and Suspension Disc Brakes
Jost disc axle assemblies 3 x 9 tonnes with DCA air suspension system, raising and lowering valve, load pressure gauge, third axle automatically liftable.

Tyres and Wheels
6 wheels with tyres size 385/65 R 22.5, approx. 50-60% tread remaining, on silver steel rims, size 11.75x22.5 ET 120.

Landing Legs
Mechanical landing gears, load capacity 2 x 20 tonnes, with pivoting feet for use with air suspension systems.

Brake System
According to E.G. standard, dual-circuit Wabco system, spring-loaded parking brake acting on two axles, Wabco EBS-E system 2S/2M with RSS (Roll Stability Support), ALU air reservoir.

Electrical System
According to StVZO regulations with 2 five-chamber Aspöck LED taillights, 24-volt system with two 7-pin and one 15-pin front sockets, EBS socket, side LED outline markers, 2 clearance lights, 2 separate LED reversing lights.

Tipping Body/Tipper Body
Aluminum tipper body, side walls with welded vertical aluminum profiles, approx. 6 mm floor of highly wear-resistant aluminum alloy (5383H34), Brinell HB 110, sloping front wall of 4 mm aluminum with reinforcing profiles for tipping cylinder bracket, side walls 3 mm hard alloy, straight rear wall, automatic pneumatic (lockable) universal tailgate with pendulum and wing door (2/3-1/3 split), with double hinge, made of 4 mm aluminum, single grain discharge slide with water protection, wear plates on the side approx. 400-1,000mm x 3,000mm x 4mm.

Hydraulic System
Hydraulic cylinder mounted on front wall, operating pressure 150 bar, manufacturer Edbro, approx. 2m hydraulic hose and loose half 1".
