Chassis
Manufactured in self-supporting aluminium construction with corresponding reinforcements in the lower chord for particularly high stability and strength. Crossmembers are 140 mm high, reinforced design (for high ground loads). Additional reinforcement as gusset plate in the front lower chord / vehicle frame area. Aggregate chassis made of aluminium (semi-trailer construction max. 39,000 kg).

Axles and Suspension
DC axle assemblies, 3 x 9 tonnes with DC air suspension, lifting and lowering function, load gauge, automatic lift axle with traction aid control (without tractor unit equipment).

Tyres and Wheels
6 wheels with tyres size 385/65 R 22.5 approx. 30-40% on steel rims, 11.75x22.5 ET 120.

Landing Legs
Aluminium drop leg landing gear with 2x10 t support load, for air suspension we use swivelling feet.

Brake System
According to E.G. standard, dual-circuit brake system, EBS D+ Wabco system, spring-loaded braking system acting on two axles with operation at the rear, aluminium air reservoir system.

Electrical System
According to EC standard 91/633 11.97/28, with 2 five-chamber tail lights of Aspöck Europoint type integrated into the aluminium rear end. 24-volt system with 1x15-pole and 2x7-pole sockets, with LED side marker lamps, 2 reflective panels at the rear. Position lights front 2x white, rear 2x red, 2 separate LED reversing lights integrated into underrun protection.

Body/Tipper Body
Front wall load 17,250 dkn, side and rear wall 10,400 dkn (TÜV-CERT). Aluminium body, side walls made of 30 mm strong ALU plank profiles (2-3 mm) 600 mm wide, fully welded with lower and upper chords. Plank profiles internally fully welded. Floor as moving floor system laid on 140 mm aluminium crossmembers. Floor forklift load approx. 9 t/m², crossmembers closely spaced (approx. 350 mm). Aluminium front wall with 600 mm plank profile, 2-3 mm thick, in straight design. Special aluminium corner profiles in chamfered design. Smooth rear wall in straight design with 2 aluminium swing doors, 50/30 mm thick, with 2 locking rods, welded into the aluminium end frame, mounted in Teflon bearings and inbox bearings. Doors are secured with a chain on each side when opened. Hard wear plates, 4 mm thick, fully welded to side walls (approx. 3mx2mx4mm). Moving discharge wall with Kevlar tarpaulin approx. 1,500 mm long plus side brushes with tarpaulin sealing. Service door front right in the front wall.

Hydraulic System "Walking Floor"
Moving floor system in the floor with hydraulically operated aluminium profiles on aluminium box sections with approx. 980 PE-HD sliders, approx. 8.5 mm profile floor, hydraulic stroke approx. 200 mm, fixed halves on front wall. Separate connection option for hydraulic line under the vehicle with fixed halves, line size NW 21. Fixed halves with as yet unspecified size and design. Operating pressure 190 – max. 240 bar. Aluminium end pieces welded into moving floor. Electric control at rear left with remote control integrated in a lockable waterproof box. Without hydraulic hoses. Floor end caps at the rear reinforced / stainless steel plate.
