Chassis
Manufactured as a self-supporting ALUMINIUM structure with appropriate reinforcements in the lower chord for particularly high stability and strength. Aggregated chassis made of ALUMINIUM, frame height 140 mm (max. 39 t), axles and suspension: disc brakes 22.5", Jost axle units 3 x 9 ton with DC air suspension, lifting and lowering function. Wabco Smartboard, electronic brake wear indicator (BVA) for display in the tractor unit (without tractor equipment). 1st and 3rd axles separately liftable with starting aid (without tractor equipment), 3rd axle additionally with Optiturn, ECAS air suspension.

Tyres and wheels
6 wheels with 385/65 R 22.5 tyres, manufacturer’s choice, on Alcoa aluminium rims, satin finish, 11.75x22.5 ET 120 (with steel equivalent approx. 120 kg).

Landing legs
Aluminium drop-leg supports, manufacturer: Alu-Leg, 2 x 10 t support load, with swivelling feet for air suspension.

Brake system
According to E.E.C. standards, dual-circuit braking system, Wabco EBS E system with RSS (Roll Stability Support), spring-loaded parking brake acting on two axles with control at the rear, aluminium air tank system, premium modulator.

Electrical system
According to StVZO regulations with 2 Aspöck Europoint III five-chamber rear lights integrated into the ALU rear profile, 24 V system with 1x 15-pin and 2x 7-pin sockets, with LED side marker lights, 2 work lights at the rear, 2 LED work lights on the sides at the height of the landing legs, 1 LED work light inside front left, operable from the outside.

Body/tipper body – "Body fully welded inside"
Front wall load: 17,250 dkn. Rear and side walls: 10,250/13,400 dkn. Aluminium tipper body, side walls made from 30 mm thick ALU plank profiles (2–3 mm) 600 mm wide, fully welded to lower and upper chords, inside fully welded plank profiles! Floor built as moving floor system on 140 mm ALU cross members, forklift load approx. 7 t/m², closely spaced cross members (approx. 350 mm), ALU front wall with 600 mm plank profile 2–3 mm thick, straight design, special ALU corner profiles, bevelled design. Smooth tailgate in straight design with 2 ALU swing doors, 50/30 mm thick with 4 locking rods, welded in ALU rear frame, mounted with Teflon and stainless steel bearings, travelling ALU wall suspended in reinforced ALU top chord with "Kevlar tarp" for complete evacuation, lateral brush seal and additional Kevlar side tarp, integrated discharge funnel with folding cover plate at the rear left, accessible from outside, rear left viewing window, one sample shutter in each rear door (total 2 pieces), service door left in the front wall.

Hydraulic system – "Cargo Floor" 24 board system – smooth finish!
Moving floor system in the floor with hydraulically operated ALU profiles on ALU box sections with approx. 880 PE-HD skids, approx. 8 mm floor thickness, hydraulic stroke approx. 200 mm, rigid connections at the front wall, separate hydraulic line connection from under the vehicle with fixed halves, pipe size NW 21, fixed halves with specified size and design to be confirmed, operating pressure 190–max. 240 bar, aluminium end pieces welded into the floor, opening rear left with cable control in a lockable watertight box, without hydraulic hoses.

Accessories
PVC mudguards with rubber mudflaps, ALU spare wheel holder, foldable side ALU underrun protection, 1 tool box approx. 800x460x430 mm plastic, approx. 3.7 m Alu ladder, 680 g/m² tarpaulin with roller system including side quick release.
