The SSI Schäfer Logimat SLL is an automated vertical lift module (VLM) designed for the efficient storage and picking of small parts, based on the goods-to-person principle. It is characterized by a high storage density and ergonomic operation.

Features and Benefits
Goods-to-person principle: The system automatically delivers the requested tray to the access opening, minimizing walking distances for personnel.

Space optimization: The Logimat measures the height of stored items and dynamically optimizes storage heights, resulting in extremely high storage density on a minimal footprint.

Ergonomics: The access opening (LOGI Gate) can be positioned at various heights to ensure ergonomic access. Optionally, the reach depth into the tray can be reduced even further, lessening operator strain.

Software integration: The lift module is equipped with a standard PLC control system and can be integrated into customer-side WMS or ERP systems (such as SAP) via interfaces. The proprietary WAMAS® Logimat software solution is also available.

Robustness: The system features two helical rack-and-pinion drives that ensure robust, precise, and reliable vertical transport of trays, even with eccentric loads.
