Chip processing plant for removal of oil from all types of metal chips (customizable to your requirements).

With this system, coarse and disruptive materials present no problems! The machines are patented and specifically designed so that disruptive items within the chips are automatically ejected.

Included in the scope of supply:
- SPYRA chip crusher ZE 2000
- AME hinged belt conveyor (between crusher and centrifuge)
- SPYRA chip centrifuge 500H (can be replaced by the larger 600H centrifuge if desired)
- Additional discharge conveyor (available if required)

Not included in the offer, but can be retrofitted upon request:
- Lifting-tipping device for fully automatic feeding of the chip crusher
- Filtration system (to filter oil from the chips for reuse)
- Control cabinet
