Equipment Description:
(specifically designed for use in Western Europe)

1. Tank
Self-supporting tank construction, outlet cones with at least 45° inclination and removable outlets Ø 800mm. Tank material AlMg 4.5 Mn. Design, manufacturing and certification according to the current Pressure Equipment Directive.
2 x reinforcement gusset plates (dish plates, d = 400 mm) in the cone/shell area, mounted to the right and left side of each cone
3 x filling openings, hinged/swiveling, with stainless steel toggle fasteners, flush inside, Ø 450mm, including rubber supports
Rain channel at the front closed, open at the rear

Catwalk and folding guardrail (height: 1.0 m) on the left, with access ladder at the rear. Folding guardrail is mounted in Teflon bushings, pneumatically operated from below. Ladder and folding guardrail made of anodized aluminum, all elements in corrosion-resistant materials

2. Discharge System
2 x MPO outlets DN 800/150/80, aluminum with bolted steel pots, with agitator mats.
Agitator mat accessible from outside after removing outlet
2 x bottom inspection hatches with steel plates, black seal, and remote control mounted on the outlet pot
Discharge pipe DN 80 made of steel, routed to the rear
1 x sampling tap 1" mounted on the discharge pipe (positioned after the first shut-off valve)
1 x ball valve with remote control DN 80, annular nozzle and Storz B coupling with steel inlay mounted at end of the pipe
2 x pinch valves DN 80 as shut-off device in the line
1 x annular nozzle DN 80 mounted in the line, using standard auxiliary air (position: mounted directly after the pinch valve of cone 1)

3. Air Distribution
1 x compressor hose DN 65, plastic, Storz B coupling, approx. 2.87 m long, with clamp integration
Air distributor pipe 2 1/2" made of aluminum on the left, at the front with 90° elbow, straight-seat check valve (brass) and Storz B coupling. External air connection, with 90° elbow, Storz C coupling at the end of the air distributor pipe, mounted in the area of the rear support.
High-quality threaded ball valves operate the top air 2", 2 x auxiliary air with 2" inclined-seat check valve brass and 2 x agitation 1 1/2"
Tank pressure gauge and safety valve mounted on aluminum-cast top air piece, with 2" vent valve. Air flow continued via exhaust hose routed upward to the tank
1 x top air 2", rear left, in hose design with clamp integration
Air hoses for auxiliary air and agitation with clamp integration
1 x additional tank pressure gauge mounted at the front air distributor pipe
