Robust and durable steel construction. Maintenance-free servo drive for the bending, feed, and rotation axes. The control’s touch display enables easy, intuitive programming and operation of the system. After loading the tube, it is clamped in the travelling carriage’s chuck. This ensures precise positioning of the tube and thus enables the creation of dimensionally accurate geometries. Standard equipment also includes a check of the tube geometry before the bending process: if the bending process is started in the wrong position, the machine will not issue a release. This prevents operator errors. Optional additional features provide greater convenience and increase output, thereby improving the system’s efficiency.

Data exchange from the optional TBS-3D tube calculation program (PC version) is done via USB stick or network. Existing tube geometries can be imported into the software.

Unique graphical programming: simple geometries can be calculated directly at the machine. The control calculates the feed values and the bending angles directly after the length and angle are entered.
