Brief overview of the dispatch line and the application of the offered item:
The dispatch line was used for pallet shipping, meaning cartons were erected (SOCO ATS 2300 + 2200) and sealed at the bottom to be packed on the main shipping line. The finished cartons were then top-sealed by a carton sealer (SOCOT-4200) and forwarded to a labeller (LOGOPAK LOGOMATIK 415-T). After the Logomatik scanner verified the cartons as fault-free, they were passed to the palletising robot (SOCO PRS-LRS-1218-H3) to receive a pallet packed according to our specifications/dimensions. In our video, you can see the entire dispatch line in operation.

The item offered here is one of the two SOCO ATS units that erect and seal the cartons before they are forwarded to the main conveyor belt (marked in the layout image in the blue circle).
