This machine was designed and manufactured for the production of rotor shafts for electric power tools.

The machine is engineered to perform the following operations automatically:
- Automatic loading/unloading of parts from/to the tool carrier line with a pick-and-place unit positioned between the shaft ends.
- Turning of ring seat + facing the commutator + turning the commutator.
- Ring assembly – commutator side
- Ring assembly – drive gear side

The machine features multiple production programs for manufacturing different parts. Each program corresponds to a specific shaft type.
