Professional, fully automatic packaging line from a renowned European manufacturer, offering very high packaging throughput, consisting of three components: infeed conveyor, fully automatic film sealing machine, and high-performance shrink tunnel. The machines can be operated together as a line or individually. Suitable, for example, for packaging foodstuffs, technical products, printed media and paper goods, household items and toys, as well as textiles.

Infeed conveyor GH 1000 / 400:

- The film sealing machine is equipped with multiple monitoring sensors, light barriers, or photocells for process control, as well as mechanically adjustable product guides. User-friendly control panel with extensive functions and adjustment options such as automatic and setup mode, 20 memory spaces for various pack formats, piece counter, packaging output calculation, multipack functions, communication functions, password levels, and energy-saving features.
- Maximum product width approx. 400 mm.
- Maximum product height approx. 200 mm.
- Product length is unlimited.
- Maximum film roll width approx. 600 mm. Film can be perforated via four adjustable needle rings.

High-performance (dual-chamber) shrink tunnel Smipack T 452:
- 380-415 V / 50-60 Hz / 12.8 kW
- Tunnel opening approx. 450 x 250 mm.
- Temperature adjustable on display from 85 to 200°C.
- Automatic cooling function.
- Transport speed adjustable on display.
- Several baffle plates at tunnel infeed and outfeed allow hot airflow adjustment.
- Lockable castor wheels allow the machine to be moved or fixed in position.
