SK CONTROL – Industrial-grade marking software
Developed specifically for laser marking tasks. Development was heavily influenced by close cooperation with users, resulting in a clear and user-friendly interface. Import logos, photos, or characters at the click of a mouse. The user interface is intuitively designed. Various file types can be imported. The red pilot laser shows you the laser position as a red rectangle, which you can easily move to the desired location using the arrow keys on your computer keyboard. You can save complete jobs, ensuring consistent quality. Your laser parameters for different materials can be conveniently organized via a parameter collection.

WORKSTATION
Laser Safety Class 1
Combined seated/standing workstation with ample legroom for seated work. Made from aluminum profiles with panelling. The front door is fitted with laser safety glass, providing a clear view of your work. The working area is illuminated by a bright work light.
Dimensions approx. H = 1760 x W = 920 x D = 1200 mm
For quick positioning with magnets, the work platform is made from a stainless steel plate with a 25 mm grid of holes, size approx. 710 x 400 mm.

The entire rear side is designed as a door, fixed with screws for safety reasons but easily opened if needed. This simplifies loading of oversized parts (Caution: When door is open, Laser Safety Class 4 applies).
Motorized Z-axis: The laser head with integrated writing head moves to the desired focus position. Travel distance 500 mm gross (net depends on the lens used). Suction connector DN50 for connection to an extraction hose (not included).
