Resonance Test Stand POWER SWINGLY 20 kN

The POWER SWINGLY BigTable resonance test stand is designed as a dual-mass oscillator.
It consists of a vibration head, excited by an unbalanced motor via a frequency-controlled asynchronous motor, which is installed in the upper part of the machine to generate the dynamic amplitude.
The vibration head is supported on the upper traverse by preloaded coil compression springs and centrally guided.
The central load drive is located in the lower part of the machine and provides the static preload using a geared motor and spindle drive.
The specimen chamber is located above the clamping table and is limited upwards by the adjustable traverse.
Control of the test stand is handled by the EXCITING MOT control system.
All control electronics for the system are housed in an industrial PC cabinet.
The control cabinet is made of powder-coated sheet steel and complies with protection class IP 50 according to EN 60529.
